In Super make sure you stream the Video so that it is not re encoded! Make the output container is MPG ( I could not get WMV, MP4 to work and AVI was blurry once in Vegas.. strange) Do whatever you want with the audio. All this is really doing is changing the container. No when you bring the clip in to Vegas it works correctly.
